I believe healthcare should be affordable and accessible to everyone, not something that puts working families into debt. As an elected official, I will hold large hospitals, insurance companies, drug companies, and other healthcare corporations accountable for the prices they charge.
I will fight for greater transparency in healthcare costs, lower prescription drug prices, stronger protections for patients, and better oversight of insurance companies. I will also listen to healthcare workers and patients in our communities because they see these problems firsthand.
People should not have to choose between paying their rent, buying groceries, and getting the healthcare they need. I will use my position in Harrisburg to fight for working families and make sure healthcare companies are accountable to the people they serve.
