I’m not yet certain whether the best path is fully public, fully private, or a smart hybrid, but I am sure we need one system that covers all citizens, eliminates profit-driven denials, and puts patients first. The goal isn’t purity of models, it’s simplicity, fairness, and care that actually works for people.”
