Jessica St. Clair

Candidate for Pennsylvania House of Representatives (PA-87)

Healthcare should be accessible, affordable, and rooted in science—not politics.

With a background in biology, molecular medicine, and public health, Jessica St Clair brings a deep understanding of how health policy affects individuals, families, and communities. She has worked in health-related regulatory roles with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and has taught generations of students preparing for careers in healthcare and science.

Jessica knows that families in Cumberland County worry about rising healthcare costs, access to providers—especially in mental health—and the impact of public health decisions on their daily lives.

As a state representative, Jessica will fight to:

  • Protect access to affordable healthcare for working families and seniors
  • Strengthen mental health services and community-based care
  • Support healthcare workers and workforce training programs
  • Ensure public health decisions are guided by data, transparency, and trust

Jessica believes Pennsylvania can improve health outcomes while respecting personal responsibility, medical expertise, and community needs.
