“Right now, healthcare is too expensive. People are having to choose between putting food on the table and getting the care they need – but it’s a false choice. Making life more affordable and reducing the burden of healthcare costs for your family is one of my top priorities. I believe that healthcare is a right, and not a privilege, and it must be affordable and accessible to all Americans. We must restore cuts to Medicaid and Medicare which have put rural and safety net hospitals at risk and increased healthcare costs for all Americans. And I’ll fight to pass Medicare for All so you can access the care you need.

For too long, D.C. politicians have let corporate greed go unchecked – looking the other way while pocketing money from the same special interests who are making your healthcare too expensive. Corporations don’t care about the middle class. They don’t care if your family can afford a home, put food on the table, or afford your medication. They only care about their bottom line. That system is broken – it’s why I’m rejecting corporate PAC money in my campaign, and I’ll fight to end Citizens United when I get to the Senate.”
